David Parsons, recipient of the North American Wolf Conference’s Alpha Award for his tireless and dedicated efforts to restore New Mexico’s beleaguered lobo, will share with the Journey audience his take on the politics and interplay between New Mexico, Arizona and the Feds in coming up with the current iteration of the Mexican Wolf Recovery Plan.
